Anti-backlash reducer

Backlash is the mechanical engineering name for the gap between two workpieces when they are joined.
It can be defined as “in a mechanical system, the maximum displacement or rotation by which one part moves or rotates in one direction while keeping the next part stationary”.

The anti-backlash reducer is divided into mechanical anti-backlash and motor anti-backlash.

Mechanical anti-backlash is to eliminate the gap between the inside of the reducer and the rack and pinion through a specially designed mechanical structure. only one servo motor

Mechanical anti-backlash

Motor anti-backlash means that two servo motors are directly connected to the chassis of the reducer, and the load is shared on the two gear shafts. One gear drives and the other brakes to eliminate backlash.
